The Shapermint Crew is a group of fierce women who empower each other which I love!
What does self-love mean to you, and how do you practice it in your daily routine?
Self-love to me means loving yourself, your flaws, and all that comes with, you unconditionally. I practice self-love by taking care of my health and my mental well-being each day.
How do you balance self-care with the demands of your career?
I make sure that on weekends I have time to do what makes me happy and during the week my exercises keep me sane because work life and mom life can be stressful and we all need time for ourselves
What advice would you give to someone struggling with body confidence and self-acceptance?
I’d say not to set unrealistic goals. Each day can be a new start to work on those goals and to give yourself grace. - Celina

Honestly most weekdays, I’m wearing my Shapermint Leggings bet they are super comfortable and cute! On weekends I tend to wear my Shapermint tank tops or bodysuits as a base layer for my outfits.
