Balancing self-care with my career is a priority. I schedule time for myself, whether it’s a moment of binge-watching my favorite show on Netflix, getting my nails done, or simply indulging in a nice glass of wine. It helps me stay grounded and reminds me that taking care of myself is essential to being the best in my professional life.
What advice would you give to someone struggling with body confidence and self-acceptance?
My advice is to take it one step at a time and remember that self-acceptance is a journey. Surround yourself with positive influences, and don’t compare yourself to others.
