You’re one of our Brand Ambassadors, part of the Shapermint Crew! What inspired you to join the Crew?

I love and support any company that stands for body positivity, so I was thrilled to join the Shapermint Crew!

What do you enjoy most about being on the Crew?

I love being able to share the products and how they can make others feel confident in their own skin.

How do you want to shape change with us?

I want to shape change with Shapermint by spreading the love of the products, how it can change your perspective on clothes, and how to make them work with your own individual body.

How do you define body positivity?

Be comfortable with your body and embrace it! - Wendy

Self-love is especially important. Do you have any particular rituals or routines that spark self-love?

Taking a "me" day and doing anything that makes me happy, such as getting a mani/pedi.

We absolutely love the fact that you use social media as a liberating force to celebrate body positivity and other movers & shapers out there. Are there any women on social media who inspire you to be your best self?

I love Negin Mirsalehi! She's so beautiful inside and out.

How important has stocking up on basics been to you during the quarantine?

I love having good basics in my wardrobe that I can mix and match with any outfit. The comfier, the better!

What are your top tips for breaking out of a fashion/style rut?

Finding inspiration on Pinterest or from bloggers to style items I already have in my closet really helps! Be creative with your wardrobe!
